Good news, everyone! Several people have asked me about the possibility of an audio book version of Serengeti. In fact, this one question has plagued me ever since the book came out a month ago. Until now, the only answer I could give was a shame-faced shrug and a mumbled, 'Dunno.' Well, I'm happy to report that I can now say 'Yes-yes-yes!' an audio book version of Serengeti is imminent! And it's all thanks to my multi-talented agent Mark Gottlieb and the lovely people at Tantor Media. I'm really looking forward to learning more about how this side of the book business works. I've already had a chance to listen to samples of some of the audio narrators Tantor is considering--very exciting!--and I can tell you they have a lot of talented people to choose from. Check back here for a release date--I'll be posting that as soon Serengeti's audio book release is scheduled.
